Personal Injury

I represent people who have been seriously injured at the hands of others—including victims of car crashes, brain injuries, sexual abuse, dangerous products, unsafe conditions, and medical malpractice.

I frequently represent people who characterize themselves as “not the type to sue.” Personal injury law gets a bad reputation as “ambulance chasing.” But, I’ve learned, it's one of the most direct ways to bring some semblance of justice—or at least fair compensation—to real people, sometimes the least powerful among us. It’s also a major reason why we live in a safe society, because it incentivizes people and corporations to act with care.

I practice in northern Virginia and DC.

I’m committed to building warm and connecting relationships. When it benefits clients, I partner with other attorneys, consultants, and service providers.
